21 Simple Steps you can take to Start feeling Happier:

  1. Eat a well-balanced, healthy diet.
  2. Don't overeat but don’t get hungry.
  3. Get enough sleep. Sleep with your window open.    
  4. Exercise regularly.
  5. Limit tea, coffee and alcohol.
  6. Don't use nicotine, cocaine, or other recreational drugs.
  7. Take breaks from work. Make sure to balance fun activities with your responsibilities.
  8. Spend time with people you enjoy.
  9. Drink about 2 liters of bottled or filtered water a day.
  10. Take 1 good quality multi vitamin tablet every day.
  11. Avoid all strong smells, perfume, aftershave, aerosols, scented room smells, candles,
